The Emily Project is committed to building strong relationships among women and girls in Bolton and the North West of England. Through counseling, workshops, and outreach, we create a supportive network where individuals can connect, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships. Our project fosters a sense of community and belonging, helping individuals feel more connected and supported.

This relaxed coffee morning offers women a welcoming, trauma-informed space to slow down, share, and connect with others in a supportive, women-only environment. Through gentle guided conversation and informal discussion, participants are encouraged to build confidence, reduce isolation, and strengthen peer connections.
